While life coaching may sound a bit daunting, it is just like any other type of coaching – you’re here to learn a new skill.
The process of life coaching looks like this:
- Set a goal
- Identify what you need to achieve that goal
- Understand the possible road blocks
- Create an action plan
- Hold yourself accountable in following through with the plan
This looks very similar to learning a sport or trying to lose weight at the gym. The main difference with is that we are using this framework for life skills rather than physical skills.
