As we close this year’s celebration of Women’s Month, we recognize the young leaders of the Kalinangan Youth Foundation, Inc. (KALFI), an organization that “inspires young people to multiply good in the world.” Young leaders under the KALFI LEAD program are proof that when passion meets purpose, age ain’t nothing but a number. 

Ikigai Philippines Founder and Head Coach Alexis Torres is grateful to have been part of the recent KALFI LEAD Summit, which gathered close to 100 young women for a day of learning and sharing about purpose, ownership, and leadership during these uncertain times.
